The PhD dissertation defense of our Sociology student Abdirashid Diriye Kalmoy, titled “Echoes of War: Politics, Memory and Belonging in Post-Civil War Somalia” and prepared under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ramazan Aras, will be held on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 13:30. The event will take place both in person at the ITBF 2.22- Sociology Meeting Room and online.
