Sociology Department undergraduate students shared their work, carried out within the scope of the Graduation Thesis course, with the department faculty members. The objective of this course taken by senior students was for students to prepare an undergraduate graduation thesis by conducting research on a topic determined under the guidance of a faculty advisor.
Within the scope of the Graduation Thesis course, students conducted both theoretical and methodological studies in the fields of sociology and anthropology. In the presentations held at the end of the first semester of the course, students found the opportunity to convey the progress they made in their research processes and to receive feedback from faculty members.
The presentations contributed to the development of students' academic research skills, while also laying the groundwork for their thesis studies to progress in a more qualified manner.
