The Department of Sociology of Our University will host an event titled "Sociology Seminars I" moderated by our faculty member Dr. İrfan Ahmad. The first presentation will be given by Prof. Xiaoying Qi from Australian Catholic University with the title "Decentralization of Knowledge through Non-Western Concepts". And "Social Theory is Dead, Long Live Social Theory: Regimes of Theme Succession" will be presented by Prof. Jack Barbalet. The event will take place on Tuesday, October 17 at 14.00 at Prof. Teoman Duralı Hall.
